Okay, so the crucial stuff first: Accessibility. Vin's Place is supposed to be near DRMC (Davao Regional Medical Center) and City Hall. "Near" in Tagum-speak can sometimes mean "a brisk five-minute tricycle ride," or, let's be real, "a ten-minute ride that feels like an eternity in this traffic." But thankfully, Vin's Place actually is pretty well-located. Getting around wasn't a total nightmare. Accessibility is a plus, and they do have car park [free of charge], which is a lifesaver! I mean, free parking? Score!
And the accessibility for wheelchairs? I'm not on a wheelchair, so I can't give you a complete thumbs-up or down, but I did notice an elevator, which is a good sign. They also have facilities for disabled guests, and I'd wager they've got some stuff sorted for that.

And the internet was generally good, although I did find myself occasionally swearing at it during video calls (the kind that gets your boss’s attention). They also provided internet access – LAN which proved reliable. They really do provide Internet services.
The bed was comfortable enough. The blackout curtains were a godsend. Made my attempts to sleep in the morning a lot easier.

I appreciated the A la carte in restaurant, but I wasn't blown away by the food, honestly. The Breakfast [buffet] was alright, though if you're expecting a gourmet experience, you might be disappointed. There was a Coffee/tea in restaurant, which was essential, and the Poolside bar would be interesting. I am not sure whether or not there was Happy hour, but that would be the best experience.
